We would also like you to know that there are new treatment options available for Covid-19. Treatment requires notice and a telehealth visit with us within 5 days of symptom onset. Please be sure to contact us at the earliest possible time to start your treatment.
Reminder that this year we have initiated several new lines of communication. You may receive information from us via voice mail, email, text and/or within your patient portal. Keep an eye out for appointment reminders, news and service availability.
Along with those reminders mentioned above, we now offer on-line payments via your patient portal. When you get a reminder of a balance due on your account you will also have the opportunity to go on-line to your patient portal and pay your bill. As always, you may also call the office at 972.498.8670.
Additionally, the patient portal will have information regarding your appointments, labs and other healthcare information. If you need help signing up please call us.
This summer we would like to introduce our NP intern, Judy Rao. Judy Rao is a Nurse Practitioner student at University of Texas at Arlington graduating in August 2022. She completed her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Baylor University in 2014 and worked at Baylor University Medical Center for 7 years. While at Baylor, Judy worked in the Neonatal ICU, Pre-Operative Unit and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. She has experience serving a diverse patient base with a large spectrum of medical needs. Judy has lived in Dallas since 2001 and currently lives in North Dallas with her husband Matt. While Judy will be assisting in all visits in the office you will also see your regular physician during these visits as well.
