We hope this email finds you healthy and well and we would like to update you on improvements we have made at our office over the past year.

For those of you covered by Medicare, this year we have started accepting assignment.  We will file your bill to Medicare first, and any supplement you may have, and wait for their determination before collecting anything from you.  If there is any balance left due after insurance payment(s) we will let you know.

As you know Covid changed many healthcare and insurance practices resulting in new and improved ways for us to serve you, including telehealth visits where you are able to have an office visit via video with your physician.  We continue to navigate the ever changing landscape on these new and improved services as insurance carriers change their policies.  

Additionally, we have new and improved digital services such as appointment reminders and balance due/statement reminders via text, email and/or the patient portal.  We will send text messages and automated voice messages with reminders to help you stay current on your healthcare needs.  You can now update your demographic and insurance information via the link you receive with your appointment reminder.  Additional services are coming soon, such as, electronic payment options.
